Their Story
Liss and Benny launched Baked Culture in early 2020. After an extremely successful day at the Foreshore Markets a global pandemic put a stop to all future markets indefinitely, so…they quickly innovated to find a space they could sell their sweet and savory artisan baked creations to locals.
With Liss’s extensive hospitality experience and Benny’s passion for pastry, the pair had the tools and connections they needed to make it work and were lucky enough to have good friends in the right places who whole-heartedly believed in their vision.
This small but powerful team work tirelessly all week (with a young family!) to provide the best baked goods in the region.
